Vicki Gailzaid Founder/CEO | Ultra Essence natural skin care products, with anti aging benefits, are specially formulated to moisturize dry skin for radiant milky-soft skin.

Vicki Gailzaid | Founder/CEO

Born and raised in New York City, Vicki Gailzaid comes from a long line of renowned moguls in the art and entertainment industry. Following in her family’s footsteps, Vicki studied art at New York City’s well-known High School of Music & Art and the prestigious Art Students League of New York.

At the age of 16, Vicki was hired by Paramount Cartoon Studio and crafted her art for 10 years as a cartoonist. While at Paramount, she also wrote the lyrics to a song called, "The Life Cycle" that was featured in New York City's Museum of Modern Art.

After Vicki left Paramount Studios, and in the true spirit of entrepreneurship, Vicki founded and published the popular magazine, Entertainment New York. For over 10 years, it covered all forms of art and entertainment in New York City from cabaret shows to Broadway shows, and featured an award-winning dining guide and restaurant reviews.

Her untethered entrepreneurship led her to build a multimillion-dollar wholesale gift and novelty company that was featured in the Tampa Bay Business Journal. The company not only offered gifts, but also skincare products. After marketing these products for the next 10 years, Vicki’s interest in pursuing women's health and beauty grew.

This interest culminated 15 years ago, when in 2004, Vicki started her own skincare company for women and gradually developed her line of Ultra Balm natural skincare products.

“My company has been such a satisfying endeavor, as it has helped an incredible amount of people feel better about themselves and that makes a work day very gratifying. Because of all my successes over the years, I have been in a position where I have been able to donate to many humanitarian causes that I believe in—and for that, I feel very fortunate!”

In 2019, Vicki successfully rebranded her skincare company as Ultra Essence Skin Care and has transformed the look of her skincare line to satisfy the increasing demand for natural products from her loyal customers and consumers.

Sheryle Festa Health and Beauty Consultant for Ultra Essence Skin Care

Sheryle Festa | Health and Beauty Consultant

For years, starting in Boston in the 70’s and then New York in the 80’s, Sheryle Festa worked as a lead hair stylist and international trainer for hairstylists for award-winning and trend-setting salon director, John Dellaria. Sheryle and the rest of his creative team were the acknowledged visionaries of modern hair design—always thinking outside the box and setting the trends year after year.

After years of trendsetting with John Dellaria, Sheryle established a prominent salon of her own, Hair by Sheryle Festa. Her hair stylings continued to set new trends and standards in hair care and her studio quickly became the talk of the town as the #1 salon in area.

Sheryle’s success was achieved not only from her creative stylings and expertise with a scissor, but also from her basic philosophy of giving the client what they want, not what she wanted for them. However, should a client request help in creating a new look for themselves, Sheryle has a treasure chest of ideas to offer.

Sheryle has built her reputation on her amazing artistic sense of design that brings out the beauty of all her clients. She has an uncanny ability to transform how a person looks and takes the haircutting experience to a new dimension—from ordinary to extraordinary.

After her success in New York, Sheryle moved to Clearwater, Florida to open her own salon, Hair by Sheryle Festa. She became involved with the area’s Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Development Board as well as other key local betterment projects to help improve conditions for Clearwater Businesses. Wherever Sheryle went, things improved. She became known in the area as the woman who “gets things done”!

From her early beginnings in Clearwater, Sheryle was joined by her beautiful daughter Nicole, who acted as her assistant until she became a top hair stylist in her own right. After training in her mother’s salon, Nicole evolved into another top hair stylist, like her mother, and has become one of the best colorist and hair extension stylists in the country. Sheryle eventually turned her salon over to Nicole, in order to expand her work on humanitarian projects, locally and abroad.

Even though Sheryle often takes off for months at a time to do special community projects, demand from her customers as well as tourists who visit the area, have kept Sheryle working at her daughter’s salon, La Bella Hair Studio, in Clearwater, Florida on a part-time basis, by appointment only, any day of the week.
